Get verified with Rhyver Verify

Complete the Rhyver Verify intake form: your identity, employment, and character references. We cross-check everything. Within 48 hours you receive a portable Verification Certificate: Golden Tenant, Verified Tenant, or Conditionally Verified. This certificate is your credibility. It travels with you to any landlord in the network.

Find your home and choose a payment plan

Once verified, you're eligible for Rhyver Flex, our flexible rent arrangement. Find the property you want, then use the rent calculator to choose your payment structure: 50%, 33%, or 20% initial rent payment, with the remainder paid weekly or monthly.

Rhyver signs the lease with your landlord

Rhyver enters into a lease agreement directly with your landlord and pays the full annual rent on day one. Your landlord is fully settled immediately. There is no waiting, no installment negotiation with the landlord, no individual debt. The property is yours to occupy.

You pay your rent to Rhyver, weekly or monthly

Your rent is now due to Rhyver under the terms of your flexible rent agreement, not to the landlord. You pay on a clear, agreed schedule: weekly or monthly, whichever works for your income. A coordination fee applies. Everything is in writing before you move in.

No. Rhyver is not a lender. We sign a lease agreement with your landlord and you pay rent to us on a flexible schedule. This is a property coordination arrangement. Your payment to Rhyver is rent, not a loan settlement. We do not operate under consumer lending regulations.
Contact us before the due date. We would always rather find a solution than issue a notice. However, under the terms of your rent agreement, consistent missed payments may result in a notice to vacate in line with Nigerian landlord-tenant law. Everything is written clearly before you move in.
48 hours from the time your payment is confirmed and your intake form is complete. If any of your references are unreachable, we'll contact you before the deadline rather than letting it stall silently.
Yes. Your Rhyver Verification Certificate is yours. It is portable and valid with any landlord in the Rhyver network. You paid for it once. You do not pay again to present it to a new landlord.
No. Once Rhyver signs the lease, the landlord's agreement is with us. You deal with Rhyver for your rent payments. The landlord has already been paid in full and is not involved in your payment schedule.
